Finishing Touches

UPVC doors can make a real impact on your home. As well as replacing your old UPVC Doors or patio doors we can remove brickwork below existing windows to install, introducing extra light to a room and providing easy access to your garden.

High Performance Insulation

Good insulation is vital to reduce heat loss so we fit our UPVC doors with sealed units incorporating technically advanced ‘Planitherm’ soft coat glass to provide unrivalled levels of thermal performance. Toughened glass comes as standard on all doors.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to install a new UPVC Door?

Entrance doors can be fitted within a day, which means your home remains secure. The installer may need additional time to complete the final adjustments.

Do I need to change the outer frame too?

Quite often, most homeowners change the frame at the same time as their door as both are likely to be outdated. The timber frames are often the first to deteriorate due to rot or fixings. By changing the frame with the door means you can choose a new colour and the installer can fit insulation around the frame to improve thermal performance.

Will my White UPVC Doors go yellow or fade?

Old designed UPVC may fade or turn a yellow colour over a long period of time, however our high quality profiles are designed to be durable and long standing, still looking modern & new a few years down the line.

What does UPVC stand for?

Un-plasticised Polyvinyl Chloride – Bit of a mouthful! The PVC part is softened and makes it ideal for window or door applications due to resistance, no rot or decomposition, weather resistant and retains it shape in different temperatures.
