Top class service and products from start to finish. Jamie had great product knowledge and explained all the options giving great, informative advice. The show room was well laid out to show many of the variations of products available. Max surveyed and measured up promptly and we were provided a quote within a reasonable time frame. The work was booked in and completed by Kev and Lewis who worked tirelessly when they were here. We are beyond thrilled with our new windows and doors. It’s transformed our home both inside and out. Had old patio window replaced today and I can't praise TWS enough. The fitters, Dave & Dom, did a wonderful job. They respected the property and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. We are delighted with the new window. Thanks also to Richard in sales for being very helpful but not pushy in any way.

After 45 years of using, repairing and repainting our wooden, arched front porch door, we asked TWS to provide and fit a new one. They arranged the construction and fitting of a modern front door with full glazing and multi-point locking. The fitter, Dom, took accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit, Richard at TWS helped us select a glass style that we liked and the specification that we wanted and the frame and door were fabricated. On the day, Dom arrived exactly on time, removed the old door and frame and fitted the replacement to an exceptionally high standard without leaving a speck of mess. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! Without a doubt we would recommend TWS and we thank them for the service we received.
