COVID-19

At TWS Windows, we are doing all in our power to keep our staff and customers safe. Unfortunately, due to the fast spread of COVID-19, this has meant we have had to adapt the day to day running of our business.

We would like to assure all customers that our showroom remains open and we are continuing to carry out site fittings.  We are postponing our Showroom Grand Opening until further notice.

As of yet, there are no members of staff who have tested positive for COVID-19 and we are all taking preventative measures to ensure it remains this way. Our employees have all been advised to keep their hands clean when interacting with customers, washing their hands every time they leave and enter the office, showroom and when they go to site fittings.

Any employees and customers are asked to stay away from the office if they exhibit symptoms of the virus or any other illness. We ask that our staff follow government guidelines and remain off work for a minimum of 7 days.

For customers, there are hand washing facilities around the showroom and a guarantee that staff are going above and beyond to keep you safe.
